yeah, if a male and female applied for a nursing job, both w/ the same exact everything, the male would get hired..... get your facts straight lol. the male nurse can get more work done in the same amount of time as a female nurse..... example: it takes 2 female nurses to life a patient while it only takes 1 male nurse
