Well lately when playing vs 3 titans I just don't stand a chance. They attack my walls and penetrate from behind. Why aren't they walking around?

Titans attack the walls. They will attack and destroy wall connectors etc. Everything in their path is destroyed.
If their attack plan goes through the wall then that wall will be destroyed. Think of it as an attack move, that's how the pc's move.

im fairly sure a titan will walk around a wall if there is a gap somewhere else? if you make a complete wall, they will knock the wall down.

I thought that too. I wall 1 side and the middle off at oasis and leave the other side open (with some migs and tc  ). Still, they attack the wall  I had it before too, walling where my goldminers works, so they had to go straight through whole my camp to get there. They just attacked the wall and killed the goldminers

I think they've always done that, I played against some titans before and set up a death trap using that wall gap strategy with help from the neutral migdols in Valley of the Kings. After all that work, they just head straight to my base and tore through my walled side.

I think they sometimes attack the wall if there is a visible target on the other side. If they can't see a target they take the shortest route towards their current target (ie through a hole) until they find a new target.

Attack Plan: The AI's have a route they take when they use their army. If their route goes through the wall they'll destroy the wall.

Watch my recs, see what I did to beat 3 titans. The last game I played was Me(Isis)+Titan(Isis) VS. 4 AOMX AI Aggresive ( all greek titans)
Crazy 2 hr. game, I stole one of my partner's TC for extra pop but still their unbelivable armies were almost unstoppable even with ALL towers, migs and nonstop mercs. It was hard stopping them from winning with Wonder too, they built one like every 5 mins lol ( rocs saved me here). I won at the end.
PS: AOMX AI Aggresive = Souped Up Titan that uses almost all its pop on army except for like 5 villagers that still give it an awesome eco.

Yeah, they know where to put their markets (but they don't know how to stop you from walling them) and they put dropsites in smart places so they actually have a ridiculous eco unlike the regular titans who are dumbasses.
Also AOMX norse ones don't crap themselves randomly and die. But the AOMX ones don't do the ridiculous pure siege/myth armies that the regular ones do, and sometimes those are harder to stop. The wonders are a pain though.

I wanted to post the rec but when I checked it I noticed that it stopped working after a few mins probably bc I paused 2 times when I was playing. I couldn't help pausing though, maybe I'll give it another go this time 2 vs 5 Titans. wish me luck

Pausing doesn't break recs. but did it hit the maximum file size or something? I imagine lengthy games may do that.
